Welcome to UpCrib Studio, a division of UpCrib, specializing in mixing, mastering, and creative production services.

By purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

UpCrib Studio offers digital audio services including but not limited to:

Mixing & Mastering

Stem Editing & Alt Versions

Consultations & Creative Direction

Custom Packages or Bundled Offers

All services are delivered digitally via email, Discord, or shared file links unless stated otherwise.

2. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are listed on each service page (e.g., 48 hours for Bronze, 3 days for Silver, etc.).
Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and workload. Clients will be notified if extra time is required.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions (as stated in your plan).

Additional revisions may be purchased for an added fee.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of the initial delivery.

Revisions are limited to mix or master adjustments — not full remixes or new versions unless agreed upon.

4. File Delivery

Final files are delivered digitally in WAV/MP3 format through Google Drive, Discord or shared file links unless stated otherwise.
Project files, stems, or session files are not included unless purchased as an add-on.

It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up files within 14 days of delivery.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of creative and digital services, all sales are final once work has begun.
However, we do offer fair consideration under the following terms:

Full refund if the order is canceled before any work has started.

Partial refund (50%) if the project is canceled after work begins but before first delivery.

No refunds are issued after first delivery or completion.

or contacting us via Discord within 7 days of purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Properly labeled stems or audio files

Clear creative direction or reference tracks

A valid email or Discord tag for communication

Failure to provide necessary files or communication within 7 days may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Rejection of Work

UpCrib Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel projects involving:

Hate speech, discrimination, or explicit illegal content

Unusable or corrupted files

Unrealistic deadlines or disrespectful conduct

In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is received, you (the client) retain full ownership of the final mix and master.
UpCrib Studio retains the right to use snippets of the final work for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, etc.) unless requested otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

All projects are handled with strict confidentiality.
Your files will never be shared publicly or with third parties without your consent.
