Clients are also responsible for ensuring they own or control the necessary rights to all files, beats, vocals, artwork, and other materials submitted for use in connection with the service.

Formal billing, legal, cancellation, and refund-related issues should be directed to info@upcrib.net.
8. File Delivery

If a project remains inactive for 14 days, we may place it on hold.
If a project remains inactive for 30 days from our last request for information, delivery notice, or revision follow-up, we may treat the project as abandoned.
Abandoned projects may be closed, and any remaining revisions, service time, access, or undelivered optional work may be forfeited.
Refund treatment for abandoned projects is governed by our Refund Policy.

Subject to full payment, the client retains ownership of their underlying music and final delivered creative work, except for any UpCrib-owned materials, proprietary tools, templates, or separately licensed assets.
